Authored the BRDs and PRDs for approval chains, transaction flows, and pricing & operational dashboards, written to be handed to engineering without a meeting attached and to hold up under regulatory review.
Cut rework by 30% by running Scrum and Nexus across the squads and carrying features through UAT and rollout rather than stopping at "dev complete".
